What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that once a mower has been installed or used on grass, it is no longer eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
Do you offer installation services?
We provide detailed DIY installation kits with every purchase. However, we also have a network of certified installers across Australia who can set up your perimeter wire and charging station for an additional fee.
